PEPPOL (Pan European Public Procurement Online) provides a set of technical specifications that can be implemented in existing eProcurement solutions and services to make them interoperable across Europe. Since 2010, Celeris has played a central role in defining and implementing the adoption strategy for the EU-funded PEPPOL project, and has contributed to the refinement of the technical specifications.

We advise EU governments on their adoption strategies, governance and national rollout plans, and provide support to set up and manage their PEPPOL Authority activities.
Our team supports the UK Department of Health for the PEPPOL adoption and provides interoperability testing for the National Health Service (NHS) in England.
See the PEPPOL Case Study for more information.

For businesses and suppliers to the public sector, we provide independent and vendor neutral advisory services, including training, individual country analyses and implementation plans.
